Before we start.
Is agile compatible with a fixed quote?
Yes. You get a written proposal with scope, timeline and milestone payments. Inside that scope you decide the order, and you can swap features of similar size as you learn, without renegotiating the whole project.
Do I need to know agile to work with you?
No. Your project lead runs the process. You only need to join the sprint reviews, give feedback and help us set priorities.
Can you help my own team work in agile?
Yes. Our agile coaching helps teams adopt Scrum or Kanban with hands-on support, so the practices turn into real results, not just meetings.
How do payments work?
Projects are paid by milestones, for example 50/50 or 40/30/30. You never pay everything upfront, and each payment is tied to a delivered milestone.
How involved do I need to be?
About an hour a week for demos and feedback. Your project lead handles the rest and tells you when a decision is needed.
What if I need changes after launch?
Small fixes are covered right after launch. For ongoing changes, our monthly plans give you a set of hours every month.
